Many people like the idea of losing weight fast. Fast weight loss is not the healthiest form of weight loss, but it is possible. On that token though, it does not mean that after losing the weight you can start eating junk. If you use a method of fast weight loss it is important that you continue with a healthy eating plan. Whatever the reason for you wanting to lose weight fast, you still need to think of it as long term. Do not expect to lose a heap of weight fast and then eat whatever you choose. The way to go about it is to lose the weight fast to begin with but then continue with your weight loss, or maintain your weight with a healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan does not need to be a diet per se but rather a sensible eating plan that will maintain your body weight.
